In response to the above situation, the Ministry of Commerce stated that during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, my country will further develop the retail industry in seven aspects, including adjusting the structure and optimizing the layout, accelerating the transformation of development mode, and actively developing green and low-carbon circulation. 
 It is specifically pointed out that during this period, my country will steadily promote non-store sales. Promote the standardized development of non-store sales formats such as online shopping, telephone shopping, mobile shopping, TV shopping, and Dongguan vending machines. Encourage large retail companies to open online shopping malls, focus on supporting the construction of third-party platforms that serve small and medium retail companies, promote the construction of industry e-commerce platforms, and promote the integration and interaction of online and offline transactions, and the coordinated development of virtual and physical markets.
